Absence Policy

Welcome recruits and squad members to Alpha’s absence policy. As you know, Alpha Squad is a competitive team. We work as a team, play as a team, and win as a team. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time -5). Anyone who fails to prepare and/or appear to a practice and/or match, will be subject to consequences. Elimination of these consequences are available for those who correctly apply. These absence consequences go as follows:

1 absence from practice = Warning.
2 absences from practice = Suspended from 1 GB match or Scrim.
3 absences from practice = Demoted from Alpha Squad.
4 absences from practice = Suspended from all Competition for one month.

This policy is final and is not subject to change. If there is any reason why you can not show up for a practice or match, Please PM dumdum5876 and give a reason for why you can not show up. dumdum5876 will determine whether the absence is approved or unapproved. Way(s) to eliminate unapproved absences by strike are as follow(s):

With one or more strikes:
Showing up to 3 practices will eliminate 1 strike from your competitive absence list. If you have 3 absence strikes and have gone to 3 Bravo practices, dumdum5876 will talk to the Bravo Squad Leader about your promotion to Alpha Squad. Again this policy is final and is not subject to change.
